A family-owned business sharing their family recipes– as a Columbus transplant away from home, this makes the experience that much more special. You go there for the food, and keep coming back because it feels like home (but also–fish tacos, the most beautiful al pastor, and delicious carne asada). I’m non-dairy and have some food allergies, which makes this a great place for me, just let them know and they’ll take care of you, or order online. Jamaica (hibiscus) water is my drink of choice (non-dairy and yummy), and the fresh corn tortillas made from homemade masa make me want to cry.”

To put it quite simply, Tacos Rudos is the real deal. I’ve tried hundreds of different Mexican places in my life, and none top these guys. The authenticity and attention to detail they bring are on another level. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but my personal favorite is the Torta. I’m being serious when I say this – it’s the best sandwich I’ve ever had.

“I LOVE this place. Some of the best tacos I have had outside of Mexico, period. The pastor is insane — super authentic in flavor & the handmade corn tortillas really make the tacos worth the price point. If you know tacos, you know that handmade tortilla makes all the difference. I have come with family and friends multiple times and have never been disappointed. I’m not one to write reviews but I want to see this place thrive! Highly recommended — the fish taco is also amazing but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
